Referral Programme

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how the BrainCraft Tutorials Referral Programme works, what counts as a valid referral, and how the 20% commission is earned. Please read them before referring a student.

01

Eligibility

The programme is open to anyone who genuinely knows or has legitimate access to a potential MSCE learner. This includes parents, relatives, friends, former BrainCraft students, community members, and education network owners or administrators. Teachers may take part as long as they are not offering competing private tutoring to the same student.

02

What counts as a valid referral

A valid referral is a genuine introduction of a potential MSCE student to BrainCraft, submitted through the official referral form, where the referrer has a real connection to that student and permission to share their contact details.

03

New leads only

The programme is intended for new potential students who were not already in contact with BrainCraft or being processed through our admissions system. Referring someone who has already applied or enrolled independently does not count as a new referral.

04

First valid referral

If more than one person refers the same student, only the first valid referral recorded by BrainCraft receives attribution. Later referrals for the same student are not eligible for commission, even if submitted in good faith.

05

Commission

The commission is 20% of the referred student's first successful monthly payment. For example, if the student's first monthly payment is MWK 20,000, the referrer earns MWK 4,000.

06

Commission trigger

Commission is earned only once the referred student has successfully enrolled and made their first monthly payment. It is not earned for submitting a referral, for the student responding, applying, attending orientation, or expressing interest without paying.

07

One-time commission

The commission is paid once, on the student's first successful monthly payment. It does not continue on any of the student's later monthly payments.

08

Duplicate referrals

Where the same student is referred more than once, whether by the same person or different people, only the first valid referral on record is recognised for commission.

09

Existing leads and students

Students who are already enrolled, or who are already being processed through BrainCraft's admissions system at the time of the referral, are not normally eligible as new referral acquisitions.

10

Self-referrals

A person cannot refer themselves and claim a commission on their own enrollment.

11

False or fraudulent referrals

BrainCraft may reject any referral that involves false information, fake submissions, or attempts to manipulate attribution or payment eligibility.

12

What the referrer is responsible for

The referrer's role is to identify a potential student, introduce them to BrainCraft, and submit the referral form accurately. BrainCraft is responsible for contact, orientation, enrollment, and payment collection.

13

Student contact information

The referral form asks for a student's personal contact details. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they are authorized to share this information with BrainCraft Tutorials on the student's behalf, or on behalf of their parent or guardian.

14

Verification

BrainCraft may verify the details, timing, and validity of any referral, and the corresponding enrollment and payment, before releasing a commission.

15

Changes to the programme

BrainCraft may change, pause, or end the Referral Programme, including the commission rate or eligibility rules, where reasonably necessary. Referrals already earned before a change will still be honoured under the terms in place when they were submitted.

16

Disputes

If a referral case is unclear or disputed, such as two people referring the same student close together, BrainCraft will review its own records, including submission times and admissions history, to decide the outcome. BrainCraft's decision, made in good faith, is final.
